Football: Yeovil Town Ladies v Leeds United Ladies

THE countdown has started to Yeovil Town Ladies big match with Leeds United Ladies at Huish Park on Sunday.

The Glovers' girls will be facing their more illustrious National Premier League opponents in the FA Women's Premier League Cup Round of 16 in a 2pm kick-off.

Yeovil manager Sarah Lawler has said it is one of the biggest games in the Glovers' history and they are hoping to be cheered on by a big crowd come Sunday.

The team are hoping that the attractive tie with Leeds will encourage newcomers to the world of women's football which has rapidly grown in popularity around the globe in recent years.

Admission prices for Sunday have been set at £3 for adults, and £1 for concessions, with children able to enter for free if accompanied by a paying adult.
