Skittles: Latest news, results and tables from Yeovil Sports League

NIGHTCRAWLERS saw their winning start to the 2012-13 season in Division One of the Yeovil Sports Skittles League come to an end when they suffered a 13-pin defeat against Hammers.

Easy Boys' 24-pin win over Go Banana saw them go joint top of the table alongside Nightcrawlers, but they still have a 100 per cent success rate this season and could go two points clear if they win their game in hand.

Nightcrawlers' defeat against Hammers was tough luck on L. Mapletoft who hit Division One's top individual score of the week with 56.

Division Two front-runners Croc's Lot and Tripods both won their latest games to maintain their early season form.

Croc's Lot were 64-pin winners over bottom side Artists, while Tripods enjoyed a 47-pin success against Ooo Unlucky.

Outsiders maintained their good start to the campaign in DIvision Three with a 16-pin win over Screwballs, while second-placed Casuals and Dropouts also won with wins over Huish Sports and Fluids respectively.

There was also a narrow two-pin win for Debaggers over Pacemakers - their third victory of the season.

T. Farthing was on form with Division Four leaders Old Barn Club as he hit 58 in his side's ten-pin success over Gangbangers.

Highest individual knock of the week came in Division Five where T. Poulsom hit 59 for Up and Aways in their win over Rams.

Misfits top the table following their 13-pin win over Nomads.
