Skittles: Latest news, results and tables from the Yeovil League

 YELLOW Wagtail B made it six wins from six matches to remain top of Division One in the Yeovil Skittles League.

Their latest win saw them defeat Traders 11-1 to lead the division by 14 points from second-placed Westland Choppers who, themselves, gained a 9-3 success over Sparks.

Wessex Sports are still looking for their first win of the campaign at the other end of the table. They prop up Division One with just seven points from their five games played.

Division Two leaders Young Lions suffered their first defeat of the campaign when they went down 8-4 to Wessex Wyverns when they lost by just three pins.

The leaders still hold a seven-point advantage over second-placed Royal Marine who beat Spartans by 11-1.

Division Three front-runners Oddballs maintained their early season promise with an 11-1 success over Gazelles to remain undefeated.

They lead second-placed Clangers, who suffered a 12-0 whitewash against Maca's Muppets, by 12 points and have a game in hand in which to increase their lead further.

Cannon Fodder made it six successive wins with an 11-1 win over Troubleshooters to go 16 points clear at the top of Division Four.

Green Dragon are in second spot. They suffered a 10-2 defeat against Above Standard.

Top individual performance of the week came in Division Three where M. Holden hit 58 for Maca's Muppets in their victory over Clangers.
