RESULT: Yeovil Town 0, Rochdale 3

YEOVIL Town’s dismal season continued yesterday (Saturday, October 25, 2014) when the Glovers sunk to a miserable 3-0 defeat at Huish Park to visiting Rochdale.

The Glovers had gone into the game hoping to put right a 2-0 reverse at Sheffield United earlier in the week, but all their hard work on the training ground since then was undone in just 16 minutes of their Sky Bet League One game yesterday.

Rochdale took a sixth minute lead through Jack O’Connell and then Ian Henderson made it 2-0 on 16 minutes.

It was game over on 53 minutes when Ian Henderson grabbed his second of the afternoon to make it 3-0.

More defensive blunders had gifted the visitors goals and Yeovil have now gone six league games without a victory.

It is little wonder that the Glovers find themselves third from bottom of the League One table.
