Ed Upson thanks Yeovil Town

FORMER Yeovil Town midfielder Ed Upson has thanked everyone at Huish Park for their support.

Upson, 24, completed a move to Sky Bet Championship rivals Millwall yesterday (Friday, January 31, 2014) after making just under 150 appearances for the Glovers.

“On to a new chapter and I’m absolutely delighted to have signed for Millwall,” he said on social networking Twitter. “I can’t wait to meet the boys and get going.”

But he added: “I just want to say thank you so much to all the Yeovil boys, the fans, the staff – everyone has been brilliant to me since I arrived in Somerset.

“It’s been such a big part of my life and I will never forget the memories we’ve made and the people I’ve met.”
