Football: Big night for Yeovil Town

AN ARMY of Yeovil Town fans will be in London tonight (Tuesday) to see the Glovers bid for a place in the Southern Area Final of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.

Gary Johnson's side are at Leyton Orient - managed by former Yeovil boss Russell Slade - for the Area Semi-Final.

Yeovil beat their npower League One rivals at Huish Park on New Year's Day with a comfortable 3-0 scoreline.

But that will mean for nothing come this evening when the two sides go head-to-head once more at Brisbane Road.

The winners of the game will then go into an Area FInal and the victors of that will then go forward to Wembley Stadium for the overall final where they will meet the winers of the Northern Area section of the competition.

Yeovil will be backed by a large following of travelling fans tonight. The club has laid on 11 coaches to offer free transport for supporters, while they will be joined by many Glovers'  fans who live in the London area.

Good luck Glovers!
