EASY Boys continued their run of success in Division One of the Yeovil Sports Skittles League with a 69-pin win over luckless bottom side Phoenix.  

ODS beat previous leaders Nightcrawlers by six pins to swap places with them. There was a shock in store for Yellow Wagtail B who were beaten by four pins by an improving Westland Ex Apps B team who have won three of their last four games.

Division Two leaders Croc’s Lot have opened up a six-point lead. Nightriders have moved to second placed thanks to a fine 55 from D. Prentice they comfortably beat Has Beens by 32.

With four wins in their last five games, Maybees are also challenging for promotion.

The big match in Division Three was the clash of the top two. It ended in an eight-pin win for the Casuals who took over the lead from their victims Outsiders. Unbeaten Jets had a good away win over Dropouts and went third.

In Division Four, VAD stayed one point ahead of RB Legion Sports after they both won this week, but Old Barn Club dropped to third place after a two-pin defeat by Par Eight.

In Division Five, last week’s cup giant-killers Marston Boys hit 58 pins less this week, but still managed to beat Up and Aways by one pin in their fight to get away from the bottom of the league.

Leaders Misfits lost at home by 25 to Elite who moved to second spot after Motiv8 lost by 22 to Uncle Albert’s Desciples who registered the second win of the season to move off the bottom of the table.
