GLOVERS NEWS: Late goal denies Yeovil Town a victory

A GOAL from former Yeovil Town player Gavin Massey secured a point for visiting Leyton Orient on Saturday (February 11, 2017) at a bitterly cold Huish Park.

Massey netted with 88 minutes on the clock as Orient managed to salvage something from the game.

Massey spent a spell at Yeovil Town back in the 2011-12 season where he scored three goals in eight appearances for the Glovers.

It was disappointing for Yeovil who looked as if they were heading towards an important three-point haul after Francois Zoko gave the Glovers the lead with a goal in first-half stoppage time.

The result saw Yeovil move down one spot to 16th spot in the League Two table.
