LEISURE: Snakebyte in charity concert for School in a Bag

LOCAL rock band Snakebyte – who are gaining a great following in and around the Yeovil area – will be performing at a charity gig next month in aid of the School in a Bag organisation.

Snakebyte, who belt out all your favourite rock sounds, will be performing at the Northover Manor at Ilchester on Friday, March 11, 2016, as part of a Leather and Wigs fundraiser for the SIAB which is based at nearby Chilthorne Domer.

There will be a two-course set meal plus games and a raffle, plus a prize for best rock outfit, before Snakebyte take to the stage and lift the roof off.LEISURE: Snakebyte in charity concert for School in a Bag

Those who were at the charity’s Home Farm Festival last year on the opening night will know that Snakebyte were a big hit in the Lloyd Lounge music tent – sponsored by Yeovil Press.

Tickets for the charity fundraiser on March 11 at the Northover Manor are £20 each and are going fast. Book now to avoid disappointment.

Luke Simon, of the School in a Bag charity, said: “Come and join the fun – you are never too old or young to rock. But be quick – tickets are limited.

“Please feel free to pass this info around your friends and work colleagues.”

The fancy dress aspect of the Wigs and Leather night is optional, while there are quieter areas at the Northover Manor where some may want to retire once the music begins!

But it will be a great night!
