GLOVERS NEWS: Two years ago today and victory at Wembley Stadium

IT was two years ago today (Tuesday, May 19, 2015) that Yeovil Town enjoyed one of their finest moments – victory at Wembley Stadium.

Goals by Paddy Madden and Dan Burn gave the Glovers a 2-1 victory over Brentford at Wembley in the League One Play-Off Final.

Thousands of Yeovil fans made the trip to Wembley to witness the club winning promotion to The Championship.

But two years is a long time in football and the Glovers will be plying their trade in League Two in the 2015-16 campaign following two successive relegations.
