YEOVIL Town manager Gary Johnson has said that February is key to the club’s survival in the Sky Bet Championship.Yeovil Town boss wants a Fab February

The Glovers are away at Nottingham Forest on Sunday (February 2, 2014), but then face four homes with 12th placed Leeds United on February 8; Millwall on February 11 who are 21st; Watford who are 16th on February 18; and then 19th-placed Doncaster Rovers on February 22.

“We have four home games and I want it to be a Fab February,” said Johnson.

He urged supporters to come out and support the team in their thousands in those forthcoming games.

Johnson said they were crucial “if we want to stay in the Championship” and that he would love to see “full houses” at Huish Park.

“Now is the time the lads need you,” he said.

Nine of Yeovil’s last 11 home games of the season are against sides currently in the bottom half of the table and Johnson knows that putting a run of wins together would help elevate them off the foot of the Championship.

He said that these home games would be just as important as last season’s play-off semi-finals and final and that the club needed the vocal support of the fans.
