Gearing up for the Wessex Truck Show

THE Wessex Truck Show is stepping up through the gears in readiness for the event which will be held at the Yeovil Showground on August 10-11.

An entry list of more than 300 trucks has been lined-up to appear at the show for enthusiasts to enjoy.

There will be all kinds of truck on show including custom and show trucks.

But there will be much more for all the family to enjoy other than the array of trucks.

There will be a funfair, stalls, live evening entertainment and camping facilities.

Show spokesman David Cross is hoping that the event will attract crowds of up to 5,000 people.

Admission will be £6 per day for adults and £3 for children under-12 and senior citizens; while a family day pass for two adults and two children under-12 is priced £15.

A weekend family pass, meanwhile, for two adults and two children under-12 is priced £25.

Please send your ticket requirements, a stamped addressed envelope and a cheque/postal order made payable to Fosse Way Events Ltd to The Wessex Truck Show, 56 Glenthorne Avenue, Yeovil, Somerset BA21 4PG.

Public entry times on both days of the show will be between 9am and 5pm with last entry at 4pm.
