YEOVIL Town conclude their scheduled npower League One home games for this season this afternoon at Huish Park with the visit to Crewe Alexandra.Football: Gary looks to finish league campaign on a high with Yeovil Town

The Glovers still have a small chance of automatic promotion by winning today and their final match next Saturday at Bury, although the odds are stacked heavily against Yeovil with them having to rely on their rivals all slipping up.

But, whatever, Yeovil are assured of a play-off spot and that will mean another home game this season - although the date and opponents are not confirmed yet.

Yeovil boss Gary Johnson - who is today reaching his 300th competitive match as the Glovers' manager - will be looking for his side to finish the scheduled season on a high and on form before heading into the play-offs.

Following today's game there will be the usual end-of-season player presentations on the pitch at around 5pm. Fans are asked to stay behind for the presentations, but to remain off the pitch.
