YEOVIL Town boss Gary Johnson has urged the supporters to get behind the team tomorrow against Scunthorpe United in the npower League One and come out in force at Huish Park.

The Glovers are just outside the play-off zone on goal difference and are now one win away from setting a new club record since joining the Football League - eight successive league victories.

Can there be a better moment to come and watch football at Huish Park?Football: Yeovil Town fans urged to get behind the team!

A magnificent seven wins on the bounce, goals galore, the league’s top scorer things are really on a high at Huish Park right now.

After Tuesday’s 3-1 win against Preston North End, Yeovil are still seventh in the league and only out of the Play-Off positions by virtue of one less goal scored.

Perhaps of more importance is the fact that Yeovil are now only four points off top spot and now seven points better off than eighth place Coventry City, with a game in hand.

Scunthorpe are the visitors to Huish Park tomorrow and although their position is low in the league, they are currently fourth in the Form Table.

So what better time to come and cheer on The Glovers as Gary Johnson goes for a club record eight consecutive victories in the league.

It won’t be easy though and as the Gaffer says YOUR presence does make a difference.

“Believe me,'' he said. “A noisy crowd is a huge benefit to the team. The lads thrive on it and Scunthorpe are not going to roll over easily.

“We need that noise and support so please come along and let’s turn Huish Park into a fortress.”
