Running: First and second for Yeovil Town Road Running Club

YEOVIL Town Road Running Club got 2013 off to a flying start when they claimed first and second in this morning's Chard Flyer 10k.

Tim Hawkins was first home past the post just ahead of his Yeovil team-mate Paul Rose, while Mike Feighan, of South West Road Runners, was third.

Yeovil put out a strong field in the line-up of more than 100 runners. More photos, plus results, will appear on this website shortly.

Organisers from the Chard Road Runners would like to thank everyone who attended and took part in the race - the perfect way to rub away any cobwebs from New Year's Eve excess!
