Football: Yeovil Town are back in action

YEOVIL Town are back in action at Huish Park tonight (Tuesday, December 4) when they play host to Wycombe Wanderers in the Third Round of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy competition.

The Glovers have reached this stage of the competition with earlier round wins over Bristol Rovers and Torquay United.

They would dearly love to progress further in the competition tonight with a win over Wycombe and move a step further towards a possible lucrative day out at Wembley Stadium in the final.

Yeovil boss Gary Johnson will be looking for a big improvement from the last time his team played - a 3-1 defeat at home to Carlisle United in the npower League One on November 24.

The Glovers were without a game last weekend due to their non-involvement in the FA Cup Second Round.
