Football: Yeovil Town sign Watford defender on loan

YEOVIL Town have signed 22-year-old central defender Dale Bennett on loan from Championship outfit Watford. 

Bennett will go straight into Yeovil’s squad ahead of tomorrow’s npower League One clash with Carlisle United at Huish Park.

He will be at Yeovil until January 3.

Yeovil will be hoping to compliment their gutsy 1-0 success at Crawley on Tuesday night with another three points tomorrow against Carlisle.

One player who will not be turning out for Yeovil will be Paddy Madden.

The striker is currently on loan with the Glovers from Carlisle and his parent club have barred him from playing against them.

Returning to the Yeovil set-up however will be midfielder Ed Upson who has served a four-match suspension for picking up two red cards this season.

Tomorrow’s match kicks-off at 3pm.
