LIVE THEATRE: Auditions for Starlight Express

THE Yeovil-based Motiv8 Productions group is preparing for its next ambitious musical project – Starlight Express.

The group – who performed Bring It On at the Octagon Theatre in Yeovil earlier this year – will be putting on the fast-paced skating show Starlight Express, created by Andrew Lloyd Webber, from May 10-14, 2016.

A call is now being made for all male and female performers, singers, dancers and skaters  – all aged over 14 – to come forward for this fab show.

An information evening will be held on Monday, August 31, 2015, at 7.30pm at the Westland leisure complex in Yeovil

This will be followed by auditions on September 7-8, 2015, also at Westland, from 7.30pm.

Meanwhile, for those interested in Starlight Express – go along to one of Motiv8’s roller discos. The next skate night at Westland leisure complex is on Monday, August 10, 2015, from 7.30pm to 10pm. Entry is £1.

It should be noted that skating ability would help, but is not essential – so don’t put off from auditioning for Starlight Express.
