Levellers coming to Yeovil

HIGHLY-ACCLAIMED folk and rock superstars, Levellers, will be appearing at the Westland Leisure Complex in Yeovil on Saturday, June 15, from 8pm.

Renowned for their energetic live shows, Levellers’ have long displayed a level of consummate musicality, incisive songwriting and dedication that dwarf most acts.

In their 25-year career, they have notched up an impressive six gold albums and 21 charting singles. Indeed, the 90’s saw them have more sales-certified albums than any other band.

Their tenth studio album, Static On The Airwaves (2012), has been heralded as their best piece of work yet, and their recently released anti-war EP The Recruiting Sergeant, the proceeds of which are being donated to the groundbreaking, internationally respected charity War Child, has received equally glistening reviews.

Levellers are to be supported here in Yeovil by the 2011 Acoustic Guitar Player of the Year, Gaz Brookfield.

Unique musical events such as this are rare. Do not miss your chance to be part of a truly privileged audience.

Tickets are priced £19. Go to www.westlandonline.co.uk for more details or call 01935-848380.
