FIREFIGHTERS were called out this afternoon to deal with a car fire on the outskirts of Yeovil. The alarm was raised at just after 2.14pm with reports of ‘black smoke’ being seen in the area of Marsh Lane at Tintinhull. One fire engine from Martock was mobilised and they found one derelict car in a ditch ablaze. The car was severely damaged by fire.
