FOOTBALL: Good start for Combe St Nicholas
COMBE St Nicholas opened their 2016-17 season in Division One West of the Somerset County League with a win.
They defeated visiting Cleeve West Town 2-1 and will now be hoping to make it two wins on the bounce when St George Easton in Gordano are the visitors next weekend on Saturday (August 20, 2016).
They will finish the month with another home game on Saturday, August 27, 2016, when Street Reserves are the visitors.
