Skittles: Details for the Nomination Cup Finals in Yeovil Sports League

THE finals of the Nomination Cup competitions in the Yeovil Sports Skittles League will be played on Saturday, April 12, 2014.

The competition for Divisions One and Two should be a cracking final with Hammers taking on Nightcrawlers.

Nightcrawlers won through to the final with a narrow semi-final success over ODS, while Hammers had an easier passage through with a 49-pin win over Phoenix.

Hammers are currently sixth in Division One, while Nightcrawlers are second.

The Divisions Three-Five final will be contested by Division Four teams Nondescripts and Able Eight.

Nondescripts won through to the final with a 22-pin win over Division Three’s Wessex Plus, while Able Eight enjoyed a 26-pin victory against Split Pins, of Division Five.

The finals will take place at JohnsonPark on Saturday, April 12, 2014, along with the Lumber Cup for individuals.

Results for Nomination Cup Semi-Finals: Divisions One and Two: Nightcrawlers 301, ODS 296; Phoenix 293, Hammers 342.

Divisions Three, Four and Five: Split Pins 219, Able Eight 245; Wessex Plus 278, Nondescripts 300.

Finals at Johnson Park on Saturday, April 12: Lumber Cup Individual on Alley One start at 7.45pm prompt.

Nomination Cup Divisions One and Two on Alley One between Hammers v Nightcrawlers after the completion of the Lumber Cup.

Nomination Cup Divisions Three, Four and Five between Nondescripts and Able Eight on Alley Two start at 8.30pm.
