Rugby: Ivel Barbarians 1sts look for first win

YEOVIL-BASED Ivel Barbarians RFC will be looking for their first win of the season tomorrow (Saturday, October 5) when they play host to North Dorset at their Dorchester Road headquarters.

Ivel have fallen to three straight defeats this season in the Southern Counties South. Although they were outclassed last weekend in the heavy 84pts-nil defeat at Wells, they have been very much in the thick of things in their other two matches.

But Ivel know they will have to dig deep against mid-table North Dorset who have won one of their two matches played this campaign.

The match – sponsored by the DL Group – kicks-off at 3pm.
