CLUBS AND SOCIETIES: Charity dog jamboree with Ilminster Lions Club

FOUR-LEGGED friends of all shapes and sizes were at the Dillington Estate today (Sunday, May 10, 2015) for Ilminster Lions Club’s charity dog jamboree.

There was a great turnout from dog owners and their animals for the event which included a host of different classes and sections.

There were other attractions and demonstrations with all proceeds raised from the event going to the Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance and the Beacon Centre at Musgrove Park Hospital in Taunton.

Gemini Carnival Club members were on hand to supply a barbecue and a cream tea, while among the visitors to the show was Ilminster Mayor, Emma Jane Taylor.
