CLUBS AND SOCIETIES: Village youth group re-opens

THE Seavington Youth Club has re-opened its doors at the Millennium Hall in Seavington near Ilminster.

The club had been closed for more than a year, but youngsters came out in force to support the local facility when it reopened on Monday (April 20, 2015).

Volunteers were delighted at the turn out and are looking forward to continuing offering a safe and fun environment for local young people to meet.

The youth club scheduled to open, initially, twice a month on Monday evenings from 6pm to 7.45pm and young people – aged from eight to 16 – are welcome to go along and meet new friends and enjoy craft activities, gaming, a pool table, tuck shop and loads more.

Forthcoming youth club dates are as follows: Monday, April 27, 2015; Monday, May 11, 2015; Monday, May 18, 2015; Monday, June 8, 2015.
