CLUBS AND SOCIETIES: Yeovil Pop and Gospel Youth Choir looks for new members
THE Yeovil Pop and Gospel Youth Choir – which meets at Yeovil College – is looking for new members.
Everyone aged from eight to 18 are welcome to attend the choir sessions which are held on Tuesday evenings from 6pm to 7.25pm at the Yeovil Music Centre at Holcote House in the college campus.
Ali Warlow, who leads the choir, said: “Singing is good for the soul!
“We sing songs from artists such as Amy Winehouse, Pink, Michael Jackson, Lily Allen, James Blunt, Snow Patrol, Bob Marley, Queen and many more!
“Come along and have a sing – your first session is free!”
