SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES: New staff settling in at Preston School

THE new academic year is now well underway and new staff at Preston School in Yeovil are quickly getting used to their new surroundings.

Principal Gregg Morrison (fourth from left) is pictured with (from left) new teaching staff members - science teacher Asad Anwar, PE teacher Josh Wray, English teacher Emma Aston, assistant head of school Adele Sampson and ICT teacher Rachael Hopwood.

Things at Preston are not so unfamiliar, however, to Mr Anwar. “Being a past Preston student, I am familiar with the school’s values and drive to deliver the best education," he said.

Sports teacher Mr Wray added: “I am really looking forward to making an impact at PrestonSchool and shaping the attitudes of the pupils here.”

Principal Mr Morrison said: “I love leading PrestonSchool and want it to continually improve so that it offers every student a great education.”
