SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES: Supporting the Make A Wish Foundation
STUDENTS at Preston School in Yeovil have helped to raise nearly £900 for the Make a Wish Foundation.
The youngsters at Preston, which is also a specialist business and enterprise academy, held a Non-Uniform Day earlier this month with them being able to ditch the school blazer and tie in preference for their favourite clothes - as long as they made a donation to charity.
A total of £879.48 was raised for the Make a Wish Foundation charity which helps to make dreams come true for seriously ill children.
