SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES: Quiz night at Swanmead

THE annual fundraising quiz at Swanmead Community School in Ilminster takes place on Friday (February 27, 2015).

The fun event is being organised by the Swanmead Community of Family and Friends group and is open to all parents, carers and members of the community.

People are asked to bring their own drinks and nibbles, while fancy dress is optional!

There is a maximum of eight people per team and it will cost £2 per person to take part.

People are invited to go along to the school in Ditton Street from 7pm in readiness for a 7.30pm start.

Headteacher Mark Walker said: “This is always a fun evening with our resident quizmaster, Roger Swann, in the chair.

“Please get a team together and come and raise some money for the school.”
