PROPERTY: Yeovil's Martin & Co win top award for letting agents

YEOVIL-BASED letting agents Martin & Co have been recognised for outstanding customer service by the largest award scheme in the UK residential property industry.

Martin & Co, which has its offices in Princes Street, Yeovil, has received the Silver Award in the Rated by Tenants category and the Bronze Award in the Rated by Landlords section for the South West region.

The results from the ESTAS were announced by TV property expert Phil Spencer at a lavish luncheon in London.

The ESTAS determine the best estate and letting agents in the UK through research carried out among customers who are asked a series of questions about the service they received from their agent. More than 25,000 questionnaires were completed by customers during the competition.
