PROPERTY: Martin & Co Yeovil is the best in Somerset

THE Yeovil office of letting agents Martin & Co has been told that it is the best in Somerset – that’s official!

The Yeovil Press reported earlier this week that Martin & Co, which has its offices in Princes Street, had scooped awards in the ESTAs – which determine the best estate and letting agents in the UK through research carried out among customers who are asked a series of questions about the service they received from their agent.

But today (Wednesday, April 29, 2015) the Yeovil office of Martin & Co has been notified by the ESTAs committee that achieved the highest overall combination score for any agent who entered in Somerset.

Martin & Co Yeovil’s Emma Higgins said: “We are obviously extremely proud to have achieved this recognition and would like to once again say a big thank you to all our valued clients and customers who voted for us.”

The awards held on Friday (April 17, 2015) saw the Yeovil office receive the Silver Award in the Rated by Tenants category and the Bronze Award in the Rated by Landlords section for the South West region.
