SOMERSET NEWS: Firefighters called out to remove ring

FIREFIGHTERS from Taunton were called out this afternoon (Tuesday, April 2016) to remove a ring from a female.

The alarm was raised at just before 3.30pm at a property in Stoke Road in Taunton and one fire engine from the town was mobilised.

“We used small tools and cotton to remove the ring,” said a spokesman for the Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service.
