CARNIVAL: Website launched for South Somerset Carnival Park project

A NEW website has been launched to promote the search for a South Somerset Carnival Park.

The website can be found at www.southsomersetcarnivalpark.co.uk where you can find information on progress and links to related sites.

The committee has recently given successful presentations to both Ilminster and Chard town councils and South Somerset District Council’s Area West committee which were all well received.

The search for a suitable site is continuing and any offers of help or support can be emailed to sscp.committee@outlook.com .

The committee wants to form a Carnival Park to provide a building headquarters for clubs making their floats and entries for the processions.
