SOUTH SOMERSET NEWS: Strawberry Tea in aid of Breast Cancer Care

FUNDS for Breast Cancer Care will be boosted on Sunday (July 12, 2015) with a Strawberry Tea afternoon at Hornsbury Mill near Chard.

There will be live music, a raffle, face-painting, fundraising games and the all important strawberries available from midday to 4pm.

People will also be able to indulge in some local ales and ciders, while the Mill’s usual Sunday lunch will also be on the menu as normal.

Magic will be performed by Jack Ward while singing entertainment will be produced by Elizabeth Swan, Courteney Yeoell, John P. Gudge and Gabriel Swarbrick.

Jill White and Alison Liney, who are both breast cancer campaigners having survived the disease and were involved in the Chard-based fundraising calendar last year, will also be at the event.
