YEOVIL NEWS: Tickets available on the door for Yeovil Beer Festival

TICKETS for admission into this weekend’s Yeovil Beer Festival will be available on the door.

Although organisers have been delighted with advanced ticket sales, they have announced this morning (Friday, April 10, 2015) that people will still be able to turn up at the festival venue and pay admission.

The third-ever festival – a charity event organised by members of Yeovil Round Table, Yeovil Lions Club and staff and students of YeovilCollege – takes place this weekend tonight and tomorrow (Saturday, April 11, 2015).

The Westland leisure complex in Yeovil will be hosting the 2015 festival as a charitable community event.

A spokesman for the organisers said: “Ticket sales have been fantastic – our best year ever.

“However, tickets are available on the door for both tonight and Saturday. Spread the word!”

Organisers have drafted in 82 beers from around the country for people to enjoy, along with 25 ciders.

There will be live music throughout the festival while there will also be other refreshments.

The festival will be open tonight from 6pm to 11pm and then tomorrow from noon to midnight.
