SOMERSET NEWS: Jewellery stolen in burglary

A LARGE amount of jewellery has been stolen during a burglary at a home in Street.

The incident happened on Hindhayes Road sometime between 11.55am and 5.30pm on Wednesday, March 18, 2015.

Jewellery stolen included a crystal wedding necklace (pictured), a slim gold bangle Seiko watch, St Justin Pewter Celtic pendant on a silver chain, silver link Tommy Hilfiger watch with a blue face, pearl necklace with a gemstone clasp, Mother of Pearl pendant on a silver choker necklace, large Moonstone and silver pendant and matching earrings, and a silver children’s bracelet with a girl’s name and the date of birth engraved on it.

A police spokesman said: “We would like anyone who recognises any of the items, has been offered them for sale or has any information about the incident to contact us.”
