YEOVIL NEWS: Funtasia has a Ball for local charities

A FANTASTIC £13,000 was raised for two local charities in Yeovil on Saturday (April 26, 2014) during the 7th Charity Spring Ball hosted by Funtasia Entertainment Ltd.

Around 350 people attended the event at Westland Leisure Complex to help raise funds for St Margaret’s Somerset Hospice and the Piers Simon Appeal and its School in a Bag initiative.

People were able to enjoy a three-course dinner, live music, disco, plus lots of fab-tastic sideshows and events including a five-table fun casino and photo booth.

There was also a raffle and auction to help swell the coffers for the two charities.

Yeovil-based Funtasia have now raised around £75,000 in seven years for charities at the charity balls with the support of local businesses, friends and family.
