That's a cracker! Roger Carson scoops award

A MEMBER of the team at the Fleet Air Arm Museum at RNAS Yeovilton has been given a prestigious award by the Institute of Advanced Motorcycling.

Roger Carson, one of the museum's corporate services team, has been a keen member of the Institute for the past 12 years during which he has taught hundreds of motorcyclists the finer techniques of safe driving.

Roger said: “My mission is to make motorcyclists appreciate their own vulnerability and anticipate the danger and potential consequences caused by other less aware motorists.''

Roger was awarded the Chairman’s award for the South West Region of Institute of Advanced Motorcycling for his significant contribution to the running of the Institute's social events and tuition programmes.
