ONE fire engine from Yeovil was sent out yesterday evening to deal with a chimney fire at a home in the town. The alarm was raised at just after 5.15pm and firefighters went to the incident at a property in Rosebery Avenue. TWO fire engines from Yeovil were sent out late last night to deal with an incident at a home in Marsh Lane in the town. The alarm was raised just after 11.15pm about a fuse box on fire. Officers found the fire located in the electric meter with damage confined to the wiring. The electrics were made safe by an electrical engineer.
