YEOVIL NEWS: Fire at Yeovil Hospital

FIREFIGHTERS were called out to Yeovil District Hospital after alarms sounded in the early hours of this morning (Tuesday, October 11, 2016).

Crews from Yeovil and Sherborne were mobilised just after midnight and on arrival officers found there had been a fire within a microwave on one of the wards, but was out by the time they had got there.

Firefighters ventilated the area and duty of care was left with hospital staff.
