SOUTH SOMERSET NEWS: Do Tesco shoppers at Chard need to learn how to park properly?

WE know that some motorists do not always find parking the easiest of driving manoeuvre – but are shoppers at the Tesco store in Chard among the worst at parking?

These photos were snapped by the Facebook group called “Spotted Driving and Parking like an Idiot in Chard, Crewkerne and Yeovil” and were all taken within one hour of each other on Saturday (January 9, 2016) morning at the Tesco car park in Tapstone   Road, Chard.

The group - which describes itself as one to show the “stupidity of people who cannot drive or park their cars, vans or trucks properly in and around the Somerset and Dorset areas” – has around 4,300 members.

We have obscured the number plates to avoid any embarrassment for the drivers – but they will know who they are!

PS: It should be noted that later the same day on Saturday (January 9, 2016) - there were more photos posted on the "Spotted Driving and Parking like an Idiot in Chard, Crewkerne and Yeovil" Facebook page of some more bad parking at the Tesco store in Yeovil!
