YEOVIL NEWS: Shower unit fire
FIREFIGHTERS from Yeovil were mobilised this morning (Saturday, August 29, 2015) after reports of a fire at a home in the town.
The alarm was raised at just before 8.40am to the incident in Acer Drive, Brympton, and three fire engines were mobilised.
Officers discovered there had been a small fire in an electric shower unit, but was out on their arrival.
A Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “Fire crews isolated the electrics and made the scene safe.”
