SOMERSET NEWS: Police appeal after disturbance in Frome

POLICE are appealing for the public’s help following an assault in Frome.

The incident happened on Catherine Street at the junction with the High Street near to the Sun Inn at around 10.25pm on Monday (April 6, 2015).

Five people were involved in a disturbance and one was injured and taken to hospital. A 19-year-old man has been arrested, pending further enquiries.

A police spokesman said: “We would like anyone who witnesses the incident or has any information to contact us.”
