YEOVIL NEWS: Car ends up in porch

A CAR ended up in the front porch of a house in Yeovil in the early hours of this morning (Wednesday, December 24, 2014).

Firefighters were called out by police at just before 3.15am to the incident in St Michaels   Avenue.

A Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “Officers confirmed all persons were free and clear of the vehicle and nobody was in danger in the house.

“We made the vehicle safe and shored up the damaged porch.”

The incident was left in the hands of police.
