CHRISTMAS 2014: Great day for festive jumpers for Save the Children
PEOPLE around the area joined in with the national Christmas Jumper Day on Friday (December 12, 2014) to help raise money for the Save the Children charity.
The fundraising day is now in its third year and thanks to people popping on their pullovers up and down the nation it has raised more than £1.6m to date with this year’s donations still to be added.
People in offices, clubs and pubs across the land wore a jumper and made a donation to the Save the Children charity.
