SOUTH SOMERSET NEWS: Lorry and car in collision

FIREFIGHTERS were called out this morning (Friday, October 10, 2014) to deal with a road traffic collision on the A30 at Crewkerne involving a lorry and a car.

One fire engine from Crewkerne were mobilised at just before 7am and officers discovered that nobody was left trapped within the vehicles.

A spokesman for the Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service told the Yeovil Press: “Crews rendered first aid to one casualty and made the scene safe before handing the incident over to the police.”
