YEOVIL NEWS: Attempted burglary in Ilchester Road

POLICE are appealing for witnesses after an attempted burglary in Yeovil.

The offence took place on Thursday, August 28, 2014, at around 6.30pm at a home in Ilchester Road.

A police spokesman told the Yeovil Press: “A man described as white, in his 20s or 30s with short dark hair, wearing a top with a large logo and carrying a dark coloured rucksack was seen in the area.

“We have arrested and bailed a man and investigations are ongoing.”
