SOUTH SOMERSET NEWS: Watch your speed!

THE Safety Camera Partnership has advised that the police are out and about at a number of sites within South Somerset this week with their mobile speed detection equipment.

The following locations are being monitored by police this week (April 7-13,2014).

A30 Crewkerne  Road, Chard (30mph).

A30 Roundham.

A358 Donyatt (30mph).

A358 Hornsbury Mill (40mph).

B3168 Station Road, Ilminster (30mph).

Clapton Village (30mph).

Horton (30mph).

Lopen Village (30mph).

The Safety Camera Partnership has warned motorists, however, that other locations other than those listed above could also be used by the police for speed detection.

The Avon and Somerset Constabulary website lists all of the sites it uses for its mobile speed detection cameras.
