Celebrity Big Brother winner heading for Yeovil Town

CELEBRITY Big Brother winner Jim Davidson will be heading for Yeovil Town FC in March.

Davidson was last night (Wednesday, January 29, 2014) named the winner of the reality TV show on Channel 5.

The well-known TV personality had his highest profile roles as presenter of the game shows Big Break from 1991 to 2002 and the Generation Game from 1994 to 2002.

An Evening with Jim Davidson will be held at the Alec Stock Lounge at Huish Park on Thursday, March 13, 2014, from 7.30pm and the night will include a three-course dinner, raffle and auction.

Ticket prices are £50 per person or £360 for a table of eight.

Davidson’s win on Celebrity Big Brother comes a year after being unable to appear on the show after his arrest over sex offence claims – allegations which were later dropped and he was told by the Crown Prosecution Service in August that no further action would be taken.

It was announced on January 15, 2014, and reported on this website that Yeovil Town would be hosting An Evening with Jim Davidson – with this year’s Celebrity Big Brother contest still in its early days.

Now that Davidson has won the show – it could provide the stand-up comedian with some new material for the night at Huish Park on March 13!
