Graffiti problems on Abbey Manor

GRAFFITI is on the increase on the Abbey Manor Park area of Yeovil and police want to know who is doing the illegal daubing.

There has been a rise in graffiti across the estate with play equipment, private property and parish notice boards all damaged.

Enquiries are underway to try and identify the youths responsible and the graffiti tags – the signatures of the vandals – have been photographed and sent to local schools to see if anyone can identify them.

PCSO Elaine Weeks has been patrolling the area and speaking to local youths for information.
